Hello everybody. (I was going to say "Good Morning" but it may be afternoon where you are, or afternoon when you read this so I stuck with "Hello"!)
Sorry I've not been on here recently. I've been looking after my father who had a stroke last year. My mum went to a wedding in Estonia and he couldn't make it so we've been living up there and they don't have the internet.
However, I've not been idle. I took Celtic Winter up with me and have been working away on that and I've also completed parts 3 and 4 and started part 5 on How Does Your Garden Grow. So HDYGG now looks like this:-
I was a little worried about doing the rhodes hearts (the yellow bits in the strip that goes across). I have been reading
Rachael's blog and she said she struggled with them and has given up. I've always admired Rachael's work (especially her hardanger) so I was worried that if she struggled so would I. I did have to frog the first one a couple of times but I got there eventually and the others seemed to flow from there.

I'm sorry to hear about your father :o( That's a lot of work to look after someone that's had a stroke. I watched my Gram do it.

Thank you for stopping by my Blog. I hope you'll do it again :o)
