Christmas Gifts

The snow has finally reached us in South Wales today. It's taken me three hours to get home from work, a trip that normally takes 20mins. The frustrating things is that the conditions weren't that bad, it was just gridlock trying to get out of the city.

Anyway, here are some pics of work done by girls. These tags were stitched by Rebecca (13) for some of her school friends.

and these were stitched by Gemma (10) for her friends.

They have all gone down very well.

Totally Useless SAL

I started getting involved in this earlier this year and it fell by the wayside as the originators blog stopped. However, Daffycat is going to run it next year so I'm taking part again. Dragonfly continues to progress. Page 7 is now complete only 13 more to go.

I've taken a little break though and just stitched some Christmas gift tags from the latest issue of Cross Stitcher.

We're starting to feel quite festive in the house now, there is quite a danger that the decs might go up this weekend!
